• L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Glutamine
• Free Form Amino Acids with Glutamine and B6
• Dietary Supplement

BCAA Complex contains the ideal 2:1:1 ratio of the free-form, crystalline branched chain amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine combined with the conditionally essential amino acid L-Glutamine. The higher amount of Leucine reflects it's importance in muscle metabolism as the most effective branch chain amino acid for stimulation of protein synthesis and it is more readily utilized for energy. BCAA's exert an anticatabolic effect by reducing the breakdown of protein, thereby protecting muscle tissue. Glutamine is a preferred source of fuel for the intestinal cells and is in high demand by skeletal muscles following physical exertion. Vitamin B6 enhances amino acid metabolism. Amino acids and proteins are the building blocks of life. When proteins are digested or broken down, amino acids are left. The human body uses amino acids to make proteins to help the body.

Q.What is L-Glutamine?
A. Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Glutamine is produced in the muscles and is distributed by the blood to the organs that need it. Glutamine might help gut function, the immune system, and other essential processes in the body, especially in times of stress. It is also important for providing "fuel" (nitrogen and carbon) to many different cells in the body.

Q.What are the food sources of L-Glutamine?
A.The food sources of L-Glutamine are as follows:
• Meat sources: Beef, Pork.
• Dairy sources: Milk, Yoghurt, Cheese, Ricotta cheese.
• Plant sources: Beans, Raw spinach, Raw parsley, Cabbage.
What are the available forms of the L-Glutamine?
Glutamine, usually in the form of L-glutamine, is available by itself or as part of a protein supplement. These come in powder, capsule, tablet, or liquid form.

Q.How does L-Leucine helps in maintaining muscle?
A.L-leucine, like other essential amino acids, helps maintain muscle mass. For this reason, many bodybuilders and athletes take leucine supplements.

Q. Why are Amino Acids used for the muscle maintenance?
A.Some amino acids may cause an increase in growth hormone release and insulin secretion. Supplementing these amino acids through diet may create the same effect. Supplementation of BCAAs may eliminate the exercise-induced decline in glutamine, as well as the breakdown of proteins and the release of muscle enzymes. These results can decrease damage to the muscle caused by exercise.
