Suggested Use
Adults: Take two capsules on day one and two. Thereafter, take one capsule daily. Begin to introduce dairy back into your diet on day three. Some individuals may require two capsules daily.
Children 8 years and over: For children it is recommended that one capsule be opened and contents mixed into a cold drink, oatmeal, applesauce or other food.
